Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by MOORLI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic and MOORLI VendorRiskDiagnostic (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms presented at the time of purchase.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MOORLI LLC provides automated diagnostic and audit services that analyze publicly available data and user-provided inputs to generate evidence-first reports for informational and educational purposes. Our Services include:

  • MOORLI BrandGuardDiagnostic: Brand impersonation audits that generate and rank lookalike domain candidates and evaluate selected candidates up to the applicable plan limit across 36 diagnostic rules in 9 categories, using selected external corroboration signals and observable signals available at scan time to identify active threat indicators, parked domains, and defensive registration opportunities.
  • MOORLI VendorRiskDiagnostic: Email security assessments that evaluate vendor domain configurations across 42 weighted rules in 6 categories for outside-in email-security gaps at scan time related to spoofing exposure, BEC risk, and vendor-impersonation scenarios. Findings are summarized into 4 scored report pillars: Spoofing, Identity, Transport, and Infrastructure.

Our Services do not provide personalized legal, regulatory, or professional consulting advice. They are automated diagnostic tools designed to surface findings for your review and action.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have a legitimate business interest in the data or domains you submit for analysis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure you have appropriate authorization for any domains you submit for analysis.
  • Not reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to discover source code, algorithms, or security measures of the Services.
  • Not resell or sublicense the Services without written authorization from MOORLI LLC. White-label option is available with the purchase of an agency pack.
  • Not use the Services to harass, defame, or publish results in a misleading way.

5. Account Access and Security

Access to your audit history and reports is secured through Google Sign-In and email/password authentication via Firebase Authentication. MOORLI LLC does not store your account passwords in its application database.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your audit reports and submitted data as confidential information. We will not publicly disclose your specific audit results to third parties except as required to provide the Services, comply with law, or protect our rights.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed via Stripe. Audit fees cover a one-time diagnostic report and associated deliverables described at the time of purchase.

No refunds. Except where required by law, all sales are final. Because the Services provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property and generate reports on demand, we do not offer refunds once report processing has begun.

8. Delivery and Support

Audits are typically delivered within minutes of payment. Support covers issues related to authentication, payment processing, and report generation. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, the service obligation is considered complete.

Support does not include implementation services, configuration changes, legal advice, or ongoing consulting.

9. Data Accuracy

Audit findings depend on data available at the time of the scan, including publicly available DNS records, WHOIS/RDAP data, SSL certificates, web content, and selected third-party threat-intelligence and corroboration inputs. Factors such as DNS propagation delays, temporary system outages, third-party misconfigurations, and external changes may affect results. MOORLI LLC is not responsible for these external variables.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including audit methodologies, algorithms, rules engines, scoring systems, and report templates, are owned by MOORLI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated reports for your internal business purposes.

11. Termination

You may terminate your agreement to these Terms by ceasing to use the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, MOORLI LLC, or third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and reports are provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MOORLI LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. BrandGuard uses third-party threat intelligence as a corroborating input in its analysis of potentially malicious activity. These external sources are provided "AS IS," are not redistributed verbatim, and are used as one factor within BrandGuard's own scoring and findings. Some risky sites may not be identified, and some safe sites may be identified in error. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOORLI LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services or reliance on any report.

Liability cap: MOORLI LLC's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit or report giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOORLI LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable laws; or (d) your misuse or disclosure of audit results.

15. Changes to Terms

MOORLI LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
